Weight Loss Struggles
Take it from me, I was a professional weight gainer. Since a young age I have been obese and struggled with my weight off and on but mostly off. I was thin once in my life when I was 17 years old and held onto my skinny Physique for about 3 years. No exercise required during that time I just ate, kinda, well I put stuff in my body that I knew would keep me thinner but that didn’t mean it was good for me.
Here we are 9 years later. I was overweight once again and it always seemed impossible to stick to any diet program or get involved in any physical activities for me. I will admit I was lazy and I just enjoyed all the bad delicious food out in the world and the thought of not being able to eat it all would bring a single tear to my eye.
There always comes a point when you are searching online for the millionth time trying to find the perfect weight loss solution. The criteria in your head is simple. It needs to be fast, cheap, involve little or no exercise and be the secret that you have been looking for that will unleash all of the above with the simple click of the mouse. I have done it all, bought the secret to weight loss ebooks for $4.95 or more, hypnosis, the try this for 30 days and you will be awesome looking, the diet pill that was invented in another country and isn’t legal in the USA because it is so powerful your weight will just fall off your body. I read them or gave all of them a trial run. In reality that trial run probably lasted a week or two before I grew discouraged, gave up and searched the web some more while eating my burrito.
Life is different now. I started a program 2 months ago and I forgot to give it up. I exercise 6 days a week, feed my body the right foods that keep it happy and fueled and wake up everyday pumped to see my weight loss progress. I’m down 25lbs in 2 1/2 months and 2 pant sizes! What happened? What changed? How come all those other programs, ebooks, magic pills didn’t affect me the same way? Questions questions questions!
The answer is simple, once I started the program and kept doing it I saw results fast. This just made me want to do it again and again. In turn all the progress I was making was hard work and I felt inside that I worked so hard at exercising why would I blow it by eating McDonald’s or fast food. Going down the path of putting healthy and good things in my body suddenly became natural and wasn’t even a job anymore. I was the laziest. I would always give up when it got to tough. But I didn’t, not this time. If I can change my life so dramatically in a few month’s so can YOU!
